Return & Refund Policy

 

Return

In general, we will accept return requests for items that are unused with the original tags still intact. The product(s) must be in their original packaging including the mailer-pack if applicable, in the same condition it was received.

 

If you wish to return your item, we must receive your return within thirty (30) days of the date you received your item. Avoidance of doubts we mean that your product is to reach us back within thirty (30) days.

 

Ditto for Singapore customers only the products are to reach us back within seven (7) working days.

 

Procedures as follows.

If there is a problem with your order such as Defective Merchandise or Wrong merchandise being sent to you, you are to contact us immediately within two (2) days of the delivery via the contact number +6590039738 or email to contempo.batik@gmail.com. Prior to forwarding information make sure you gather and keep all original product packaging, labels & seller’s mailing pack (envelope or mailer pack) including the tracking number of the courier we use. Take photo or video all postal information mentioned and the merchandise’s problem you encountered.  Email all to us.

Please do not immediately send your return without our instruction to do so in an email to you.

We will reply your email within two (2) working days. Upon received of all information we requested above and our evaluation we will notify you when to start the return process. We are at our discretion subject to the value of the merchandise may request you to purchase shipping insurance and shipper with tracking mail. Do not under any circumstance-initiated return shipping process without our clear instruction, is this occurs we will reserve the right to reject.

We will arrange pickup and bear all cost under the circumstances of our own mistake in the order such as defective renders unusable or wrong measurement. In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged or defective item however we are happy to exchange the item for a new one.

We are not able to accept return order which are not defective or being incorrectly delivered.

Exchange

We accept exchange in the case buyer decided to change mind on the purchase already delivered subject that buyer will bear full return shipment / courier’s costs i.e. you are responsible for paying for the return shipping costs.  Such an intention should be clearly be mentioned in an email to reach us within two (2) days of the delivery be sent to contempo.batik@gmail.com. We will reply your email within two (2) working days to notify you when to start the return process.

 

Please note that exchange is subject to similar value of products or higher. Should exchange be made below the already purchased product value, the different in value will NOT be refunded. The buyer will also be charged a separate shipping costs for the product chosen for the exchange.

Refunds

Once we receive your returned item, we will review your request and inspect the item. We will send you an email to confirm that we have received your item and are processing your request. We will follow up with another email once the request has been processed to let you know if your return was approved. If approved, the money will be refunded to your original method of payment within two week and we will inform you the how it is to be made. Customers outside Singapore , international transfer may take longer as all payment companies are different in the amount of time it takes to confirm a payment, so it will likely take a minimum of a few days for the refund to show up in your bank statement.
